We are so certain your pet will love its new Zen Den that we guarantee satisfaction.
It may take time for your pet to adjust to a new bed. Place your new Zen Den where your pet likes to sleep. You may want to move it to your bedroom when you go to bed if your pet sleeps in your bedroom. (Many people keep a Zen Den in their bedroom and one in the living room.)
This trial is valid for one return per household, which must be returned to us within 60 days of the delivery date of your Zen Den. Just return the clean and undamaged bed to us, shipping prepaid, within 60 days of the delivery date and your purchase price will be refunded. Please allow 10 days for processing.
Return of a Zen Den product is limited to defects in workmanship. Warranty is for defect in workmanship only and expires 24 months from your purchase date. No other warranty is given, express or implied. The purchaser of any defective Zen Den product will receive a credit to replace the defective product. If you believe you have a defective product, email a photo to abassadors@zendenpets.com which clearly shows the claimed defect and provide a brief statement of the reason you believe there is defect in workmanship. If a defect in workmanship exists we will send you a return authorization. We will not accept a returned product without preauthorization. For any product returned, please use the return authorization number and package the product so that no damage occurs during shipping. It will be your responsibility to ship the returned product to Zen Den. If there is a defect, we will give you a credit certificate, based upon the replacement cost of the product. The credit certificate is not redeemable for cash and therefore has no cash value. You can redeem your credit for the purchase of any Zen Den product up to the value of your credit for up to 90 days from the date it is issued by Zen Den.
